7-Day Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy in line with leading fashion brands in Pakistan.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Undergarments & lingerie

  • Accessories (jewelry, masks, etc.)

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged/defective)

Return & Refund Process

  1. Initiate Request: Contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Approval & Pickup/Drop-off: Once approved, you may either drop off the item at our outlet (if applicable) or arrange a courier pickup (shipping costs may apply).

  3. Inspection: Our quality control team will inspect the returned item.

  4. Refund / Exchange:

    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit (depending on customer preference).

    • Exchanges can be made for a different size or product of equal value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Important Notes

  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days to process after item inspection.

  • The brand reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
