Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Accessories (jewelry, masks, etc.)

Sale or discounted items (unless damaged/defective)
Return & Refund Process

Initiate Request: Contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Approval & Pickup/Drop-off: Once approved, you may either drop off the item at our outlet (if applicable) or arrange a courier pickup (shipping costs may apply).

Inspection: Our quality control team will inspect the returned item.

Refund / Exchange:

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit (depending on customer preference).

Exchanges can be made for a different size or product of equal value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
